Personal Use License Only

Your purchase includes a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use only.

You may:

- Customize the design and content to suit your own brand and needs.

Strictly No Resale or Redistribution

You may NOT:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the template in its original or modified form.
- Offer it as a free or paid product to others.
- Claim the design, layout, or structure as your own intellectual property.
- Use it to build websites for clients unless they have purchased their own license or you’ve purchased the PLR license (see below).

Attribution

You are not required to credit the creator publicly, but you may not claim authorship or original creation of the template's design.

Commercial Use via PLR License

If you wish to:

- Resell the template as your own,
- Offer it as part of a digital product,
- Use it to build websites for clients under your brand,

You must purchase the PLR (Private Label Rights) License, available for a one-time fee of $197. The PLR license grants you extended rights to customize, rebrand, and sell the template as part of your services or products. Without this license, commercial use beyond your own business is strictly prohibited.

License Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution or use of this template in violation of these terms may result in legal action, including claims for damages and immediate revocation of access to the template.
